BODY SENSE MASSAGE SCHOOL (BSMS) TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T/C)

1. T/C for Booking The Certification of Massage Professional / BSMS Full License Course:

Normal fee: $1645

Option 1; Pay 25% of the total fee as booking fee equal $410, and you will pay the rest of the fee $1235 twelve (12) days before the course commencement date by Direct Debit only – The rest of the fee will be deducted from your nominated credit card 12 days before the course commencement date.

Option 2; Pay in full: 10% discount equal $1585 (Means only one payment – By eftpos, Online Banking, PayPal, and or Directly Pay to the Commonwealth Bank Counter to the Body Sense Massage School bank account – If you choose not to pay by eftpos, we don’t need your credit card details)

Option 3; Interest free and flexible payment plan / $1645:

$410 as booking fee
$410, 12 days before the course
$825 in 2-3 payments in 10 weeks (only by direct debit – If transaction declined, there will be a 5% dishonour fee that will add up to the next business day transaction)
The certificate will be sent to you after the last payment has been paid off.
Extra $10 for the certificate postage fee

2. T/C for Booking The Whole Body Massage Certificate / BSMS Relaxation Course:

Normal fee: $595

Option 1: Pay 40% of the total fee as booking fee equal $240, and you will pay the rest of the fee $355 twelve (12) days before the course commencement date by Direct Debit only – The rest of the fee will be deducted from your nominated credit card 12 days before the course commencement date.

Students Study BSMS Whole Body Massage Certificate and will return to study the Certification of Massage Professional;

The package fee is $1645.
The Whole Body Massage Course fee will be deducted from the $1645.
$130 extra fee will apply for the preparation of the course materials; Book, certificate, massage table, and etc. Note: The $130 is not the booking fee. That is the fee for double preparation of the course materials!
Pay 25% of the total fee as booking fee equal, and you will pay the rest of the fee twelve (12) days before the course commencement date by Direct Debit only – The rest of the fee will be deducted from your nominated credit card 12 days before the course commencement date.

3.T/C for Booking The Introduction to Trigger Point Therapy Certificate:

Prerequisite: Only BSMS Whole Body Massage Certificate / Or Relevant Health Qualification

(Other schools short course certificates are not acceptable)

Normal fee: $615

Option 1: Pay 40% of the total fee as booking fee equal $240, and you will pay the rest of the fee $365 twelve (12) days before the course commencement date by Direct Debit only – The rest of the fee will be deducted from your nominated credit card 12 days before the course commencement date.

Option 2; Pay in full: 9% discount equal $550 (Means only one payment – By eftpos, Online Banking, PayPal, and or Directly Pay to the Commonwealth Bank Counter to the Body Sense Massage School bank account – If you choose not to pay by eftpos, we don’t need your credit card details)

4.T/C for Booking The 30 Pressure Points for Cluster Headaches, Migraine, and Sinuses:

Prerequisite: Only BSMS Whole Body Massage Certificate / Or Certification of Massage Professional

Can study a part of Whole Body / Or Full Course

Normal fee: $185

Option 1: Pay 40% of the total fee as booking fee equal $75, and you will pay the rest of the fee $110 twelve (12) days before the course commencement date by Direct Debit only – The rest of the fee will be deducted from your nominated credit card 12 days before the course commencement date

Option 2; Pay in full: $165 (Means only one payment – By eftpos, Online Banking, PayPal, and or Directly Pay to the Commonwealth Bank counter to the Body Sense Massage School bank account – If you choose not to pay by eftpos, we don’t need your credit card details)

5. T/C for Booking The Globally Recognised Certificate:

If you are a qualified therapist/practitioner of the BSMS, or qualified non-BSMS therapist/practitioner (Graduated with other schools and colleges), you can apply for the globally recognised certificates through the Body Sense Massage School. The certificate and analytical letter will be ordered to the Federation in Europe and will be prepared within 10-15 business days. The fees are non refundable.

Normal Fee / BSMS Students: $255 + $10 Postage fee equal $265

By Direct Debit only, from your nominated credit card

Non-BSMS Student Fee: $295 + $10 Postage fee equal $305

By Direct Debit only, from your nominated credit card

Securing Booking / Booking Confirmation / Booking Cancellation:

As soon as you booked your place, we will confirm your payment and spot by email and text message immediately. The due date for the rest of the fee will be noticed in the confirmation email as well.
If your account does not have sufficient funds on the date of transaction, we will process the transaction on the next business day. If for the second time the transaction declined, there will be a 5% dishonor fee. If we will not receive your payment within 3 days, we will cancel your booking. Note: The deposit amount paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee!
If you cannot attend the course and wish to attend the next upcoming courses, we will need advance notice before 12 days of the course commencement date by sending us email to info@bodysensemassageschool.com.au. There will be an $105 fee for changing the dates. Note: Your attendance in the next upcoming course or any other future courses depends on the spots availability as priority is always with the new bookings.
Note: If you want to cancel your booking, we required 30 days notice by sending us email to info@bodysensemassageschool.com.au. The 40% deposit or the full fee you paid is a non-refundable fee, but we will not charge your credit card for the due date ahead and agreed if you choose to pay by deposit option. We will confirm you the upcoming training dates by email and we need you to clarify within 4 business days that which course you will be attending and we will deduct the rest of the fee on the date will be agreed.
If you notice us the cancellation within 12-30 days to the course commencement date, extra 30% of the total fee will be deducted from your nominated credit card immediately and your cancellation will be confirmed by email (A non refundable 30% fee apply to any cancellation and circumstances).
We don’t accept cancellation notice for less than 72 hours to the course.
If you notice the cancellation 12 days prior to the course or less, the whole remaining amount will be deducted from your credit card immediately and your cancellation will be confirmed by email.
We don’t have a refund policy due to the unpredicted reasons that affect the businesses or industries. If you secure your place with either the full normal fee, or full discounted fee, or minimum deposit option, the fee won’t be refunded! But we provide credit for the first upcoming course.
If you choose to pay the fee in full (Option 2) and if choose to pay by online Banking, or directly pay to the Commonwealth Bank counter, or PayPal, we don’t need your credit card details.
Paying the full fee from or after 12 days prior to the course commencement date, depends on the spot availability.
If you book your place before or after the 12 days prior to the course commencement date or nearly to the course commencement date and due to any unpredictable reason we can not run the program on the commencement date, we cannot make refunds, but we can give you credit for the next available course free of charge.
If you missed submitting the enrollment form, but paid fee and secured your spot, by paying the fee, you will agree with the Body Sense Massage School Terms & Conditions.
If we email you the information pack that the enrollment form along with the Terms and Conditions included in that email and link and you haven’t filled the form or haven’t checked the Terms and Conditions but secured your spot by paying the fees, you will agree with the Body Sense Massage School Terms and Conditions.
All Body Sense Massage School registered students complying with the BSMS Terms & Conditions.
If you pre-book your flight and accommodation for joining the BSMS massage courses, please, remember that due to the COVID 19 restrictions, usual government updates, and or Body Sense Massage School precautionary measures, we may need to postpone the program! We recommend you to not to make a pre-booked booking at least a week before the course commencement date by getting notice from BSMS. The BSMS will not undertake pre-booked travel expenses if we need to cancel the program!

Ethics

All BSMS students must follow the scope of practice, follow the ethics and never be involved in any sexual activity and must to practice in a professional manner. If we see with any unpleasant manner during the training session, we will ask the learner leave the program!

REFUND POLICY

We do not have a refund. But, if you are not happy with the course after 3 hours of our training and with a clear reason, we will make a full refund. We will not do make a refund under any other circumstances.

ILLNESS POLICY

UNPREDICTABLE MATTERS POLICY

If you cannot attend the course due to any unpredictable matter, it is understandable, and we can give you credit to attend the next 3 upcoming courses. Note: If you wish to change the date, the fees paid are non refundable and the remaining amount also will be deducted from your nominated credit card following your acceptance of BSMS terms and conditions. You will be credited for the next 3 upcoming courses

QUALIFICATIONS

The Certificate will be awarded on the last day of training and after the completion of the course.
In order to issue the certificate, you must attend the course with 100% attendance; otherwise, we will not issue the certificate even if you paid the fee in full.
We reserve the right not to issue the certificate if you do not practice during the course, or due to past experience in the massage therapy.
All BSMS students must follow the scope of practice, follow the ethics and never be involved in any sexual activity and must to practice in a professional manner.

DISCLAIMER, LIABILITY

We do not have liability to you or any other attendee for:
Any medical issue, Injuries, health complaints incurred during both theoretical and practical training in the venue or class.
Any type of anger or argument during both theoretical and practical training, we reserve the right to ask the student to leave the class strictly with no refund.
Any types of judgment during both theoretical and practical training, we reserve the right to ask the student to leave the class strictly with no refund.
And any other similar issues, we reserve the right to ask the student to leave the class strictly with no refund.

+ Payment Plan Instalments;

• All payment plan instalments must be paid on or before the due date. If there is no sufficient amount in the nominated credit/ debit/ saving account, there will be a $5 dishonour fee!

• There will be a 1.1% credit/ Debit surcharge for direct debit transactions, unless you pay the payment by bank transfer before the due date. Note: Credit card details required, either pay by the bank transfer or the direct debit option.

• There will be a $12 postage fee that applies to posting your massage certificate after the last payment has been paid off.

UPDATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Body Sense Massage School reserves the right to update the terms and conditions when required and the past, current, and new students must obey the updated terms and condition.
